Meta information

Appearances, languages, and classes are considered meta information. Languages should be listed in the wiki if the character has utilized it at least once. Classes should be listed if the character has utilized its class features (including spells) at least once.

Race is not considered meta information. As such, they should not be listed until they are confirmed or implied in an episode.

Obvious information

Obvious information can be omitted from the side bar. For example, there is no need to list the status of a player character until the character is either deceased or otherwise unknown.

Appearance

The appearance description of a character is the description of their appearance when they are first introduced into the campaign. They should be written in past tense.

Background

Character backgrounds are events that occurred prior to the Into Volthune campaign. Those events should only be noted in the wiki when they have been revealed in an episode.

Into Volthune events

Events that occurred during the Into Volthune campaign should only be noted when they have been revealed in an episode. Events that occurred alongside the campaign and events that occurred in private (i.e. whispers) should not be noted until they are revealed.
