This page describes the procedure of writing and maintaining an episode page.

Page structure and creation

Episode pages follow the following structure. >## denotes a block type of toggle heading 2.

Episode pages are created in advanced by the Lore Keepers. After the stream, the appropriate entry for the list of episodes table should be updated to reflect the stream date and runtime. A recap can be written from this point.

Episode release

Prior to the release of an episode, its page must be updated to reflect its title, YouTube link, and recap. Its entry for the list of episodes table must also be updated. Proper linking, titling, and synopsis is the responsibility of the Content Team.

Following the release of the next episode or seven days, whichever one is shorter, the Twitch VOD link of the episode should be removed.

Lore Keepers

The Lore Keepers are responsible for:

• Creating episode pages.
• Writing the episode recap.

Content Team

The Content Team is responsible for:

• Updating list of episodes entries.
• Proper linking of each episode.
• Writing the synopsis and title of each episode.
